Attachment style test
Ten questions about what you actually do when closeness gets uncertain. Not what you believe about yourself, what you do.
A mirror, not a measurement. Ten honest questions, no account, nothing saved.
WHAT YOU LEAN TOWARD
You lean toward a mixed pattern
You answered in both directions, which is its own answer. The pull toward someone and the urge to get away from them arrive together, often within the same hour, and neither one wins for long.
This usually feels like being unreliable to yourself. You reach, then you regret reaching. You get distance, then you cannot stand it. The whiplash is exhausting for you and confusing for whoever is on the other side of it.
What tends to help is not picking a side. It is separating the two moves, so you can see what each one is protecting, and stop treating the whole thing as one undifferentiated mess.
