Attachment style test
Ten questions about what you actually do when closeness gets uncertain. Not what you believe about yourself, what you do.
A mirror, not a measurement. Ten honest questions, no account, nothing saved.
WHAT YOU LEAN TOWARD
You lean securely attached
Closeness does not read as danger to you. When someone goes quiet you can usually let it be quiet, and when you need something you can mostly say the thing rather than a version of it. That is not the same as never being thrown. It means the ground comes back on its own.
People who land here often still have one relationship, or one kind of person, where none of this holds. The pattern is not gone. It is specific, and it tends to be attached to one particular fear rather than running underneath everything.
If that rings true, the interesting work is not on attachment in general. It is on the one situation that reliably takes the ground out.
