Should we break up?

Nothing here decides for you. Ten questions to find out what kind of question you are actually asking.

A mirror, not a measurement. Ten honest questions, no account, nothing saved.

    WHAT YOU LEAN TOWARD

You are not deciding. You are circling.

You pick the question up, you get about two thirds of the way through it, and then you put it down and do the week. Next month it comes back in the same shape. That is not indecision about them so much as a loop that has stopped producing new information.

Circling has a purpose, which is why it is hard to stop. As long as the question is open, nothing has to be lost. The cost is that the relationship is being decided anyway, slowly, by default, and by exhaustion rather than by you.

What breaks the loop is usually not more thinking. It is separating the parts that are genuinely hard from the parts that are just tiring, and naming one thing you can actually act on this week.
