Do I have trust issues?
Ten questions about what happens after doubt arrives. Not whether you trust people, what you do with it when you do not.
A mirror, not a measurement. Ten honest questions, no account, nothing saved.
WHAT YOU LEAN TOWARD
This is about one thing, not about people
You can name the event. You know roughly what it took from you, and your doubt is still attached to that shape rather than having spread into a general view of everybody.
That is a meaningfully better place to be standing, and it is also the point at which most people stop and let it quietly generalise instead. The doubt is specific right now. It does not stay specific on its own.
What tends to help is getting concrete: what trust looked like before, what exactly broke, and what one thing would have to be true for you to put weight on someone again.
