Do I have trust issues?
Ten questions about what happens after doubt arrives. Not whether you trust people, what you do with it when you do not.
A mirror, not a measurement. Ten honest questions, no account, nothing saved.
WHAT YOU LEAN TOWARD
You let people in, then you test them
You are not closed. You open, and then you set a small examination the other person does not know they are sitting. If they pass, the next one is harder, because passing is never quite the evidence you were hoping for.
This is a reasonable strategy that cannot succeed by design. There is no result that settles it, so the testing continues and eventually the other person feels it, which produces exactly the distance the testing was meant to prevent.
The part worth looking at is what a pass would have to look like, and whether you have ever let anyone give you one.
